My experience spans over a decade, including roles in management and administrative positions across various establishments. My work involves overseeing departments such as Prepared Foods, Specialty, and Bakery, managing inventory and ordering, and optimizing menus. I have used tools like Quickbook and Excel for business accounting and budgeting, created training documents, maintained websites and online menus, and handled guest feedback and staff support.
I am looking for the opportunity to use my Restaurant and Retail Management experience to break into remote work and learn a new industry.
