I am an Implementation Consultant at Proactis with over a decade of experience in project implementation, customer operations, and technical account management, primarily based in Manila. Since 2012, I have developed expertise in managing complex projects and supporting clients across various roles within Proactis and other organizations.
My work involves configuring and implementing Source-to-Pay modules, facilitating workshops and training sessions, and supporting User Acceptance Testing. I use tools and platforms such as SAP eSourcing, ticketing systems, and invoice tracking platforms. I also apply my Spanish language skills to support bilingual client communications and translations, ensuring smooth project delivery and customer satisfaction.

Communicate regularly with stakeholders about progress, risks, and any deviations from project plans.
