I am an ambitious individual with six years of experience in the mental health and wellness community. Most recently, I have been working as a Mobile Crisis Response Care Navigator at Henderson Behavioral Health since 2024, building on my prior roles in peer support and client navigation. My work spans clinical mental health counseling studies and hands-on crisis intervention, combining education and practical experience since 2017.
My expertise includes conducting crisis triage, client screenings, and facilitating referrals to community programs. I use skills in cognitive behavioral therapy coaching, trauma-informed care, and peer support to enhance client engagement and wellbeing. I have also developed care plans collaboratively with interdisciplinary teams and supported clients in independent living skills, budgeting, and transportation access.
