My work involves handling visa file preparation and consultancy for Schengen, Turkiye, USA, Australia, and Malaysia visas. I have used VFS software and Oracle Siebel in backend operations, and I am proficient with Microsoft Office tools including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
