• Utilize commander applications to effective support the human resources function for the group and squadron leadership. • Maintain and enforce commander’s processes, standards, policies and procedures to ensure personnel readiness • Provide personnel administration, records management, and customer service • Process personnel action(s) and maintain accurate personal data and training records for over two hundred Airmen at the squadron and group levels. • Ensure confidentiality and integrity with personnels personal and sensitive data.
