 Architected and delivered Elixir/Phoenix backend services for a video-first social and knowledge platform using PostgreSQL, AWS, RabbitMQ, Redis, GraphQL, WebSockets, and distributed Erlang.  Co-built Cortex, a production AI service providing RAG and agentic digital twins with tool calling; used Kreuzberg for content processing, an ONNX multilingual embedding model, PostgreSQL with pgvector, and integrations prepared for OpenAI and Google Gemini.  Designed a Stripe-integrated, append-only entitlement ledger covering grants, usage, expiration, renewals, refunds, discounts, idempotent webhook processing, reconciliation, GraphQL schema design, deployment, and monitoring.  Built event-driven notification and processing pipelines with OTP, GenStage/Broadway, RabbitMQ, and Redis, plus multimedia automation using FFmpeg, Whisper, translation, TTS, dubbing, and video processing.  Owned architecture decisions and production reliability while collaborating across product, frontend, mobile, and infrastructure teams.

 Developed high-volume marketing, loyalty, rewards, and promotion microservices for Bitcasino.io and Sportsbet.io using Elixir, Phoenix, OTP, PostgreSQL, RabbitMQ, Redis, GraphQL, and WebSockets.  Built event-driven services processing large betting-event streams and supported multi-region messaging across Europe and Asia, with attention to reliability, concurrency, and operational visibility.  Designed and optimised APIs and real-time user features for high-traffic production systems.

 Led engineering teams, architecture decisions, technology adoption, mentoring, and end-to-end project execution across multiple development centres.  Introduced AI, chatbot, and Node.js capabilities and established internal Knowledge Dojos to spread technical expertise.

 Led Java development, analysis, and production implementation of Compiere ERP functionality and integrations for a large retail organisation.

 Led architecture and development of PerfQ, a project management and time-tracking product built with Elixir and Phoenix, using a modular Mix-dependency architecture.  Adapted the ChicagoBoss Riak connector for Riak 2.0+ and Solr indexing; researched and implemented WebRTC-based real- time communication with Elixir and RethinkDB.  Directed technology strategy spanning Erlang, Elixir, Phoenix, Riak, RethinkDB, WebRTC, and Proxmox.

 Delivered Django, Python, MongoDB, Redis, Celery, Selenium, and MySQL projects, including social-data aggregation and an expert marketplace with video calls and payments.

 Developed and implemented purchasing, receiving, inventory, accounts payable, and sales-force automation modules for Compiere ERP using Java and DB2.

 Coordinated software delivery and implemented ADempiere ERP modules using Java and PostgreSQL.
