Driving consensus among diverse public sector stakeholders through structured engagement protocols, policy consultations, and collaborative governance models that ensure sustainable digital health adoption at scale. Working collaboratively with healthcare professionals to integrate EMR technology into existing clinical workflows, applying health tech industry expertise to minimize disruption, reduce time-to-competency, and drive sustained platform engagement across multi-site facilities.
