I aim to contribute to the advancement of civil engineering through solutions that combine efficiency, innovation, and sustainability, drawing on my professional experience in construction, Lean Construction, cost estimation, and project management, alongside continuous academic development. I have worked in construction execution, gaining valuable hands-on experience in residential developments. During this time, I developed expertise in construction site monitoring, quality control, material and labor quantity takeoffs, and participated in case studies focused on analyzing real-world problems and developing practical solutions. The pursuit of new challenges led me to undertake a work exchange program at a ski resort in the United States. This experience enhanced my adaptability, communication, and interpersonal skills, while also improving my English comprehension and conversational abilities, skills that later became valuable to my professional career and international education. I participated in the first Trainee Program at LBX Construtora, an experience that broadened my perspective on management, innovation, and technology in the construction industry. I led the creation of an innovation ideas portal and contributed to initiatives focused on process improvement, sustainability, and waste reduction, developing skills in project management, leadership, and solution development. I am currently pursuing a Master’s Degree in Building Engineering, with a focus on Green Building, at Politecnico di Torino, Italy. Delivered in English, the program provides an opportunity to deepen my knowledge of sustainable construction, innovation, and building performance, while developing an international perspective on the challenges facing the industry. I believe professional growth requires continuous learning, flexibility, and a willingness to embrace new challenges. My journey across different areas of the construction industry and diverse professional environments has strengthened my adaptability, problem-solving, and collaboration skills, competencies I consider essential for a successful career in engineering. My goal is to combine my engineering and construction experience with my international education in Building Engineering to contribute to projects that bring together performance, efficiency, innovation, and environmental responsibility. I aspire to help develop solutions that make the construction industry more technological, sustainable, and prepared for future challenges.

What I'm looking for

I am seeking remote opportunities where I can apply my experience in civil engineering, cost estimation, construction management, BIM and Lean Construction. I am particularly interested in roles that allow me to contribute to projects through technical analysis, budgeting, planning, process improvement, and innovative construction solutions. I am open to working with international teams and companies.
