I am a graduate of University of Ilorin, BSc in Industrial Relations and Personnel Management.
I started my career at Balosh Integrated Services with an internship were I was exposed to recruiting and selection, sourcing and screening of candidates, interview schedules among others.
I proceeded to working in an outsourcing firm where we recruit for our clients in various industries such as banking, oil and gas, FMCG etc
I am currently working at a consulting firm Human Capital Partners were I have been rotated across all departments in the organization such as recruitment, human resource consulting and learning and development.
In recruitment, I assisted senior staff analyst in candidates sourcing and screening of Cvs, interview schedule, interviewing administration, and making sure that the selected candidate match the industry and clients requirements.
In Human Resource Consulting department I was exposed to assessments of candidates through interviews, psychometrics and both virtual and physical assessment/developmental activities.
In learning and Development, I was expose to content creation for training materials such as Facilitators guide and Participants guide, training report writing such as evaluation report and execution reports, virtual and physical training administration and so on.
I am looking out for opportunities that align with my interests and experience.
