I am a Business Analyst currently working at Shell in London, with over 12 years of experience spanning business analysis and software development since 2003. My career began after completing a BSc in Biology and an MSc in Computer Science, and I have been focused on bridging business needs with technology solutions in large corporate environments. My work involves using tools like Azure DevOps and Microsoft Visio to translate complex requirements into clear technical specifications, supporting Agile delivery processes, and producing detailed diagrams such as user story, use case, and entity relationship diagrams. I have developed expertise in programming languages including VB.NET, C#, and SQL, and have contributed to projects involving fuel pricing systems, payment reconciliation platforms, and customer onboarding automation at Shell and AIG.
