My role at this company has been in marketing, managing social media and sales platforms such as Yelp, as well as taking the lead in customer service and acquiring prospective clients for the landscaping services offered by Fox Landscaping. Part of my role involves automating most processes; this was achieved by proposing and implementing no-code solutions using various AI models. Some of these processes include setting up phone systems, redesigning the company’s website, and maintaining it. As part of my social media management responsibilities, I maintain a posting schedule and ensure posts are scheduled for the website’s blog, Facebook, LinkedIn, and Yelp.

I taught English to first- and sixth-grade elementary students and technology classes to all three middle school grades. Part of my responsibilities was to prepare biweekly lesson plans for each class I taught. Part of being a teacher included ongoing training on the school’s internal systems, such as the AMCO system. The training I received also covered civil protection, evacuation, and first aid.

Provided direct administrative and operational support to the department director, serving as executive secretary and point of contact for internal communications. Led initiatives to organize and restore the department’s digital records and archives, resolving issues inherited from previous administrations. Established inventory control processes for IT assets, improving the tracking and documentation of equipment. Assisted in the daily coordination and prioritization of technical and administrative tasks throughout the department.

Feb 2015–Aug 2015: Hotel receptionist, checking in guests and owners, and drafting timeshare purchase and sale contracts. Aug 2015–July 2024: Information and Systems Manager Responsible for ensuring data integrity and compliance with established processes through training videos. Migrated data to new systems in accordance with the changing needs of the tourism industry. Developed and standardized software, managed databases, and oversaw software development projects. Created the “Laguna Shores Resort Contract Administration System” in collaboration with Netcode Solutions, used across departments to manage contracts and customer accounts for timeshares and real estate. Integration with external platforms such as ResortConnect for data transmission via XML. Ensuring data integrity and migrating data to new systems in accordance with the needs of the tourism sector. April 2023 – July 2024: Revenue Manager, Reservations Sales Implementation of sales strategies and redesign of the website to improve reservation sales.
