Before the agency: 20+ years in multi-site operational leadership. Most recently Operations & Brand Marketing Manager at Fortebet Rwanda — 28 branch managers, 65+ staff. Senior casino operations across Europe before that, including EPT and Casino Kings founding team.
How I work: async-first, documented, README on every project. Direct communicator. I read docs and source before guessing. I'd rather slow down by an hour than ship something broken.
