Most recently, I worked as a Project Engineer at Rajdeep Energies Pvt Ltd, where I have been involved in project coordination, requirement clarification, and technical documentation since 2016. My work spans hands-on testing, troubleshooting, and analysis of power supply and inverter circuits for UPS systems, using tools like Agile/Scrum methodologies, Microsoft Excel, and JIRA. I have developed sprint allocation strategies, managed resource allocation, and applied predictive project management principles to UPS product development and testing, focusing on improving product quality, efficiency, and reliability.
