Budgeting, Planning & Performance Monitoring • I am responsible for ongoing budget performance monitoring and variance analysis. • I prepare the annual Operating Plan (OP) and quarterly Latest Estimates (LEs) with business focal points. • I conduct trend and ratio analysis to support informed decision-making. SAP Cost Object Management & R2P Finance Support • I manage SAP cost objects and ensure accurate coding across requisition and payment processes. • I confirm budget availability, alignment with business plans, and completeness of documentation before financial support. Asset Under Construction (AUC) Review • I review Assets Under Construction with FA team quarterly and by providing project status by liaising with business. Treasury Support & Cash Flow Management • I prepare monthly cash flow reports for the business line. • I send cash calls on behalf of the business. Management Information & Ad-Hoc Reporting • I prepare ad-hoc management reports to support business and finance leadership. • I coordinate with Group Reporting and provide commentary comparing YTD Actuals vs OP and LEs. Key Achievement: In just 18 months of joining SNEPCo, I successfully oversaw six distinct business functions and served as a key advisor for cost recovery engagement with our partners.
