I am a cybersecurity student with hands-on experience in PC assembly, Windows Server, Active Directory, and CCNA networking. Since 2020, I have been developing my skills at Instituto Tecnológico de las Américas (ITLA), gaining practical knowledge in network design and system administration. My work includes managing Windows Server 2019 environments with Active Directory, designing LAN/WAN networks using CCNA fundamentals, and administering Linux systems with Bash scripting. I have also supported IT operations involving printers, Wi-Fi, and videoconferencing, while using tools like Excel, SharePoint, and VMware to improve processes and reduce equipment losses.
Since March 2025, I manage records using Excel and SharePoint, coordinate schedules, provide IT support - printers, Wi-Fi, and videoconferencing - manage equipment inventory using controls that reduced losses by 40%, and safeguard confidential documentation while supporting daily operations for physicians and executive management.
