I worked as an IT Project Manager / SCRUM Master / Product Owner for a product solutions studio where I managed product teams and their respective clients with specialties in medical care, talent development & Sports. The team typically comprises UI/UX, product, & QA engineers. To position the team for success, I ensure that the right expectations are set and managed properly and on time. I use Azure ADO to manage deliveries, documentation, and monitoring of the teams & the strategy is Lean Agile, which ensures valuable delivery to the client. Risk Management & Compliance is also a key aspect of my role as this could make or mar a product. The team and clients are diverse and located in different time zones, which calls for extra care with communication here, over-communicating is the secret. As the product owner & developer, I also Chaired the conduction of Risk Assessments, Vulnerability Assessments and performing QAQC on the products with my team members. Organized engagement sessions with End Users to ensure seamless acceptance of new solutions. Prepared and presented necessary documentation for meeting and user guides.
