In my role as an IT Analyst, I perform activities that frequently put my problem-solving skills, proactivity, and empathy to the test — both in understanding the issues presented to me and in connecting with employees from various departments to find the best solutions. I am also constantly driven to seek ways to automate routine tasks, reducing the chances of error and increasing productivity. My main responsibilities and experiences consist of Windows and Linux systems' administration, identity access and management Active Directory and Free IPA, network administration and security with pfSense, as well as the configuration, administration, and maintenance of servers and infrastructure equipment such as Cisco, Huawei, and TP-Link switches. As a student of Systems Analysis and Development, I strive to develop projects in Python and Shell Script to help create tools that directly impact my daily activities by automating repetitive tasks. With a previous degree in Languages and a master’s focused on Brazilian Sign Language (Libras) and inclusive education, I have developed skills such as communication, leadership, and planning. Being a teacher required me to adapt to different audiences, be assertive, and constantly reassess the strategies I employed, skills that greatly improve my day-to-day on the IT field.
