I am a Senior Staff Engineer and Associate Architect with over 15 years of experience building scalable, secure, and high-performance systems using Microsoft and Azure technologies. Most recently at Nagarro, I have been architecting enterprise CRM modernization solutions and driving AI adoption across engineering teams.
My work spans designing REST-to-SOAP Anti-Corruption Layers, building microservices on Azure Service Bus, and deploying multi-region AKS clusters with Istio and Helm. I have shipped GitHub Copilot agents for endpoint generation and bug investigation, and I use tools like Cosmos DB, Azure DevOps, and Azure OpenAI to enhance system performance and developer productivity.

Architected the SKY Translation Layer — a production REST-to-SOAP Anti-Corruption Layer built on the Strangler Fig pattern — bridging Blackbaud’s legacy BBCRM SOAP platform with modern REST/JSON consumers without disrupting 1,000+ live client environments.
Designed and deployed a Worker Service microservice on Azure Service Bus for long-running BBCRM operations (batch commits, gift imports, merges), replacing lossy client-side polling with reliable async notifications.
Led CI/CD and deployment strategy on AKS using Istio canary releases and Helm, with Azure DevOps pipelines driving multi-region progressive rollout.
Built two internal GitHub Copilot agent tools — a four-step agent automating REST endpoint creation from BBCRM XML specs, and an Engineering Investigation Agent (RAG, Azure OpenAI, Cosmos DB vector search, ADO integration, cross-layer tracing) that reduced bug analysis from hours to 15–20 minutes.
Drove SQL performance engineering using AI-assisted execution plan analysis, delivering 30-90% query performance gains and product-wide fixes.
Serving as Associate Architect within the team — guiding engineers on architectural decisions, providing hands-on triage and technical direction for high-severity BBCRM platform issues, contributing to shared platform code reviews, and driving the team's AI adoption roadmap: from the developer-facing GitHub Copilot agents already shipped, toward AI-powered solutions embedded directly within BBCRM workflows.
