About

I am a technical program and operations leader with over 15 years of experience spanning telecom technology, autonomous vehicle operations, managed IT, founder-led service delivery, and AI workflow development. Most recently, I have been leading operations and program management at RocketServe.io LLC since 2018. My work involves building operating workflows and AI-assisted automation for managed IT and legal service delivery, as well as executing mission-critical autonomous vehicle procedures using command-line workflows, Jira, and network protocols. I have hands-on experience with Linux/Unix, macOS, Windows, TCP/IP, VPN, SSH, FTP, Wireshark, Office 365, Active Directory, GCP administration, and AI workflow platforms such as Athena and OpenClaw.
