I am an operations leader and systems builder with 15+ years spanning AT&T retail leadership, Zoox autonomous vehicle operations, managed IT, and founder-led AI systems. Since 2018 I have run RocketServe.io LLC / RocketServe Legal, a technology-enabled legal support operation, where I build the workflows, automation, and evidence trails that make document-heavy service delivery accurate, traceable, and on time.
Alongside RocketServe I design and ship my own systems: Athena, a persistent AI environment with a memory graph and execution orchestration; OpenClaw, a configuration and integration layer for local AI operations; Notary Score Kit, an adaptive learning and scoring workflow; DifficultResearch, a collaborative investigation platform; and offkilter.tv, a creator ecosystem.
Hands-on with Linux/Unix, macOS, Windows, TCP/IP, VPN, SSH, FTP, Wireshark, Cisco IOS CLI, Office 365, Active Directory, GCP administration, Jira, and AI workflow platforms.
