I’m a senior finance and operations leader with experience spanning CFO/Controller leadership, manufacturing finance, accounting, ERP systems, financial analysis, treasury, and operational improvement. My strength is connecting the numbers to the operation. I don’t just produce financial statements—I help business owners and leadership teams understand what the numbers are saying, why they are saying it, and what to do next. I have hands-on experience with financial reporting, budgeting and forecasting, cash-flow management, cost accounting, working capital, reconciliations, internal controls, process improvement, and ERP implementation/optimization. I have worked extensively with Infor Visual Manufacturing, Infor CRM, QuickBooks Online, Dynamics GP, and Excel, including building financial and operational systems when existing tools weren't sufficient. I bring a particularly useful combination of finance, manufacturing/operations, technology, and systems thinking. I have managed teams, worked directly with executives and business owners, supported international operations, and led initiatives involving ERP transformation and process improvement. I’m also comfortable getting into the details. Depending on the situation, I can operate as a Fractional CFO, Controller, finance transformation consultant, or hands-on accounting lead—from cleaning up a balance sheet and reconciling accounts to building a management reporting system, cash-flow forecast, financial model, or scalable accounting process. I also perform seasonal tax work with Intuit, the company behind QuickBooks Online, giving me additional hands-on experience with QBO and small-business financial workflows. What I’m looking for: remote, part-time or fractional engagements where I can contribute approximately 20 hours per week, particularly with growing companies, professional-service firms, manufacturers, or organizations that need experienced financial leadership without immediately hiring a full-time CFO or Controller. My value proposition is simple: I bring senior-level financial judgment and operational experience, but I’m willing and able to roll up my sleeves and do the work.

What I'm looking for

Seeking a remote, part-time W-2 or contract role, ideally ~20 hours/week, primarily evenings and weekends. I bring senior-level finance, accounting, manufacturing, ERP, and operational expertise, with a hands-on approach to improving reporting, cash flow, profitability, controls, and systems.

Provide fractional CFO, controller, accounting, and finance consulting services to small and mid-sized businesses. Advise business owners and leadership teams on financial reporting, cash flow, budgeting, forecasting, profitability, controls, accounting processes, and operational decision-making. Diagnose and resolve accounting, reporting, reconciliation, and financial-process issues. Build and improve financial systems, reporting structures, dashboards, models, and accounting workflows. Perform QuickBooks Online cleanup, bookkeeping oversight, reconciliations, financial reporting, and month-end close support. Develop budgets, forecasts, cash-flow models, break-even analyses, and management reporting to improve financial visibility. Apply extensive manufacturing, ERP, operations, and finance experience to identify process inefficiencies and improve financial performance. Translate complex financial information into practical recommendations that business owners and executives can act on. Support tax professionals and clients with accurate financial records and tax-preparation information. Provide hands-on support ranging from transactional accounting through Fractional CFO-level strategic guidance.
