Perform end-to-end configuration for new client implementations, translating Implementation Questionnaires (IQ), Network Rate Forms (NRF), and business requirements into Design Review documentation that defines technical scope, carrier and network structures, routing logic, standard and custom edits, and client-specific business rules. Develop SQL queries, diagnostic scripts, and reporting tools to support configuration analysis, quality assurance, and troubleshooting. Created a tool that identifies duplicate configuration records behind generic system errors that can block claim processing and deployment to testing and production environments. Developed a SQL-based QA reporting tool that consolidates client configuration into an Excel report, enabling rapid validation of edits, parameters, and required flags while identifying defects before formal Testing and Validation (T&V). Retrieve and analyze large configuration datasets to identify obsolete coding, then execute bulk terminations and imports to replace legacy configuration with current standards. Support the replacement of a legacy application by analyzing functional, business, and operational requirements; communicating workflows and dependencies to the implementation team; and serving as an early tester and trainee for the new system. Develop and use Salesforce reports to monitor individual and team workloads, overdue cases, and upcoming deadlines. Analyze historical case and resolution data to support prioritization, root-cause analysis, and issue resolution. Author and maintain configuration Policies and Procedures (P&P) for implementation of the Medicare Prescription Payment Plan (M3P), documenting standardized requirements and team procedures as business and configuration needs evolve.

Led end-to-end implementations of Trimble Fuel TMS, conducting multi-day onsite discovery engagements to analyze and document client operations across dispatch, fleet management, driver communications, payroll, accounting, back-office processes, and business reporting. Developed Current State and Future State solution-design documentation by mapping business workflows, identifying functional gaps and requirements, and designing how Trimble Fuel TMS would replace legacy systems. Configured working system models and demonstrated proposed solutions to client stakeholders before implementation. Managed implementation data preparation and migration, gathering and cleansing client master and operational data—including fleets, drivers, schedules, commodities, payroll, and accounting records—for system import. Partnered with client super users to validate migrated data and configuration accuracy. Led comprehensive 10–20-day end-user training programs for new implementations. Developed client-specific SSRS business intelligence reports based on requirements gathered during discovery, assuming reporting responsibilities traditionally handled by Trimble’s dedicated BI team. Served as Trimble’s subject matter expert for Fuel Inventory Forecasting, a demand-forecasting solution that optimized just-in-time fuel deliveries using site inventory, historical sales patterns, and configurable demand models. Established implementation and inventory-management best practices, trained clients, and led an annual technical session for Trimble employees covering configuration, capabilities, limitations, and product development. Partnered directly with Trimble’s software development team to expand forecasting capabilities, including development of Degree Day forecasting for heating-oil distribution in Alaska. Incorporated weather- and temperature-driven demand into existing historical sales models for a time-sensitive, business-critical product.

Performed financial modeling, stress testing, and profitability analysis for financial institutions with assets or revenue in the billions. Developed Python tools to parse, standardize, and process imported Excel and CSV data used in financial analysis.

Managed the migration of global client reporting from monthly data exports to automated daily data feeds. Coordinated data validation, investigated reporting discrepancies, and incorporated client feedback throughout the transition, completing the planned six-month engagement in approximately four months.

Supervised a four-person Fuel Data Analyst team, including hiring, training, mentoring, and daily technical support. Developed operational and executive reporting supporting fuel dispatch, inventory management, and business performance analysis. Developed a Power BI solution that consolidated automated feeds from multiple legacy freight, accounting, and fuel-order systems into a centralized reporting source, replacing fragmented manual processes with on-demand dashboards and performance reporting. Led the $2.5M implementation of Trimble/TMW Fuel TMS across Circle K’s North American fuel operations through a three-phase rollout covering approximately 200 trucks and 9,000+ retail locations. Completed the 18-month implementation on schedule and approximately $350K under budget, receiving recognition from the CEO for project delivery. Engineered a complex data-import process spanning 14 interconnected database tables to initialize Fuel Inventory Forecasting models. Configured and validated forecasting for 9,000+ locations using historical sales, intraday demand patterns, tank inventory, and automated tank-gauge data. Trimble later adopted the process as its standard forecasting import. Served as system administrator and technical owner of Fuel TMS following implementation, managing users, configuration, reporting, system optimization, upgrades, and regression testing. Developed SSRS reports, configuration and inventory-monitoring tools, and maintenance best practices while serving as Circle K’s primary technical liaison with Trimble for enhancements and software defects.

Led duplicate-payment analysis for accounts payable audits, performing ETL, SQL-based quality assurance, and MySQL data analysis to identify approximately $20M in duplicate payments per audit cycle.
