About

As a member of a company for 20 years, One of my proudest accomplishments has been leading measurable workforce stabilization efforts. At a newly launched facility, I redesigned onboarding, training cadence, and leader accountability, reducing 90-day turnover from 11% to 1.5% in under a year. At the same time, I restructured recruiting pipelines and hiring processes, delivering more than $200K in annual cost savings while improving the quality of hire. These results weren’t achieved through policy alone, but through close partnership with plant leadership and by holding both HR and management accountable for outcomes. I’ve also led HR strategy through periods of change, growth, and scrutiny—overseeing employee relations investigations, EEOC matters, immigration compliance, workers’ compensation, and wage-and-hour issues in collaboration with corporate legal teams. Compliance has never been a check-the-box exercise in my work; it’s been an operating discipline that protects both the organization and its people. Beyond compliance and risk management, I’m deeply invested in building trust-based cultures. By improving communication, manager capability, and employee engagement, I helped elevate Employee Opinion Survey scores from 63% to 89% within a year, earning a 97% satisfaction rating for HR services. I believe effective HR leadership shows up not just in metrics but in how employees experience the organization every day. What I bring is a steady, pragmatic leadership style—firm when standards matter, fair when people need support, and practical in execution. I understand manufacturing environments because I’ve lived in them, and I’m comfortable operating where expectations are high and accountability is real. I would welcome the opportunity to discuss how my experience could support your organization’s workforce, leadership team, and long-term goals. Thank you for your time and consideration.
