Monitored global critical events and delivered early notification to response teams, reducing time-to-detection from ~3 hours to 5 minutes. Led four enterprise compliance campaigns engaging 12 to 300+ employees up to the Office of the CISO; tracked remediation and reported weekly status to VP-level leadership. Managed a 24/7 Global Security Operations Center and an 800+ person contract guard force deployment, serving as operational relationship manager between contracted security services and Amazon stakeholders. Owned guard force scheduling, staffing coverage, post assignments, and service-level performance across a multi-site corporate portfolio. Authored and maintained 50+ SOPs, post orders, checklists, and incident-reporting/after-action review standards. Designed a site-level risk assessment and criticality scoring model used to prioritize security posture across new and existing facilities. Owned KPI tracking, Quarterly Business Reviews, and vendor performance reporting; presented at Director/VP-level briefings. Recruited and built out a PMO and a Security Awareness and Education team.

SIS Inc.

Managed Microsoft's Global Security Operations Center, directing alarm monitoring and emergency escalation for 300+ facilities across North and South America. Served as Lenel OnGuard system administrator for all new facilities, badging configurations, and security devices integrated into GSOC monitoring. Planned and executed three annual crisis-simulation exercises — active shooter, earthquake, and explosion — with local fire, police, and emergency services alongside senior Microsoft leadership. Built and managed Microsoft's UL 827 alarm-monitoring compliance program; passed three consecutive annual UL inspections. Implemented a new alarm testing and commissioning process that cut errant alarm volume ~62%.
