Collaborate with administration across 8 schools to design and implement tailored adaptive programs, empowering students to participate in physical education activities. Create curriculum in compliance with state and federal guidelines. Teach 1:1, small group, and large classes of students of all ages and backgrounds on the fundamentals of health and PE. Communicate professionally with students, parents, and staff. Conduct thorough assessments and prepare detailed documentation/records. Serve as building supervisor in evenings. Received the Humanitarian Award for providing superior service by instilling students with the confidence to achieve life goals through active listening, probing questions, and problem-solving methods. Boosted student outcomes and engagement by designing an innovative program with instructional materials, ultimately strengthening instruction and teaching/learning styles. Closed cultural gaps within educational system by creating a new multicultural curriculum plan, fostering a climate of equity and inclusion.
