I am a Customer Support Officer and Executive Assistant with over 5 years of experience, most recently working part-time as an Administrative Assistant (Email Support) at Weight Doctor Clinic in Canada. My work spans from 2015 to the present, covering roles in customer service, executive assistance, and virtual support across multiple countries. My expertise includes using MyAesthetics Pro and Jane for appointment scheduling, managing multiple calendars, and handling communication via email and chat support. I have experience with CRM systems, telemarketing, Microsoft Suite, Google Workspace, Slack, Zoom, Calendly, Skype, and Trello. I have also prepared payroll schedules, coordinated stock-taking activities, and maintained office equipment schedules.

What I'm looking for

I am looking for Support roles in administrative, customer service and travel planning. My strength lies in able to coordinate schedules efficiently, manage conflicting deadlines and projects, then ensure all stakeholders are involved and updated accordingly.
