Part of team to design and implement a new interface to the old JetPay software. This was created such that existing merchants using JetPay processing software could be redirected into the Sierra processor. Acted as SME of JetPay processing software to the existing Sierra Team. Researched errors during the transition phase. Used CoPilot to analyze software.

Similar tasks as for JetPay processing software. It was bought and subsumed by NCR. Designed and implemented enhanced batch processing capabilities. As Subject Matter Expert (SME) for the system, I designed and oversaw the implementation of a new Incremental Authorization processing within the current system. Tech Lead for the Level-4 diagnostic activities for U.S. and off-shore teams. This also included on-call duties.

Maintained XML, Host Processor and Card Brand interfaces for JetPay’s Credit Card Payment Processing software. Implemented quarterly Compliance changes for MasterCard interface. Maintained ACH processing interface. Designed and implemented a new gift card interface. Provided 24/7 On-call support for system malfunctions.

Develop curriculum and teach courses in Pre-Engineering, Robotics, Automated Manufacturing, AP Computer Science. Algebra and Geometry. Responsible for machine and software maintenance of Computer Integrated Manufacturing Lab. Organizational leader and operational manager of Lake Highlands High School competitive robotics club. Organized and managed annual robotics competition hosted by Lake Highlands Robotics Club. Named Top-10 Teacher in 2013.

Contract programmer for Advantage Tech in Lenexa, Kansas for the EDS GST Steel Account in Kansas City, Missouri. Maintained manufacturing data subsystems of an EDS proprietary Enterprise Resource Package. Maintained and improved manufacturing reports and data transfer capabilities between the ERP system and GST Steel's shop floor data systems. Authored data conversion programs to transfer data between mainframe hierarchical database systems to Oracle relational database systems using C with embedded SQL for Third Party Liability subsystem data. Developed batch processes for the Third Party Liability subsystem of the Medicaid claims processing system. Technical mentor for colleagues transitioning from COBOL to C language programming.

Maintained and verified various financial and sales reports using Oracle SQL.

Enhanced and maintained post-processor systems for manufacturing engineering to generate NC machining control language statements from the CATIA CAD/CAM system. Upgraded the interface control systems for two Quality Control/ Inspection departments using Visual Basic. Analyzed and evaluated the viability of new quality control hardware and software technology as part of various technology review committees. Authored reports which detailed the IT resources required to implement newly adopted technology. Designed and developed a PC control interface for the Wire Marking and Cutting equipment for Avionics Electrical Department. Maintained the control software for the Avionics Electrical Department harness testing equipment. Designed and developed CAD/CAM systems enhancements to perform automated engineering functions for various manufacturing engineering systems including automated CAD functions which reduced overtime requirements for the production of avionics electrical harness layouts. Lead Developer for the Machine Tool Library and User Interface subsystem prototype for a new CATIA Manufacturing software release implementation. Wrote all Oracle database access programs using C with embedded SQL and performed all database administration tasks related to this subsystem of the project.
