I am an intelligence and risk professional with over 17 years of experience, most recently leading the Dow Global Security Operations Center at Dow Inc. My career spans corporate security, consulting, and U.S. intelligence, where I have developed and scaled intelligence capabilities supporting executive decision-making across a Fortune 100 enterprise.
My work involves conducting investigative research, open-source intelligence analysis, and risk assessment using tools and processes I helped build and refine. I have expertise in OSINT, source evaluation, and stakeholder engagement, delivering actionable intelligence products and managing intelligence teams. Led a team of five to eight analysts in establishing Dow’s global intelligence center, building scalable processes, workflows, and analytical services supporting executive decision-making across a Fortune 100 enterprise.
● Managed and developed a team of analysts through hiring, training, coaching, and process improvement initiatives to deliver consistent, high-quality intelligence services and stakeholder support.
● Conducted and reviewed other analysts’ open-source research on persons and groups of interest, evaluating source information and emerging risk indicators to support executive protection and workplace violence prevention efforts.
● Accelerated GSOC launch ahead of schedule, delivering more than 200 intelligence products within the first six months while developing onboarding resources, training programs, and scalable operating procedures.
● Managed relationships with six risk intelligence SaaS vendors, evaluating intelligence platforms, assessing capabilities, and aligning technology investments with business intelligence needs, contributing to $1M in cost savings.
● Championed adoption of GSOC intelligence services across the enterprise, expanding regular engagement beyond the original customer group to five additional functions through stakeholder briefings, capability demonstrations, and targeted outreach.
● Partnered with cross-functional stakeholders to identify emerging trends, risks, and developments impacting business operations, delivering actionable intelligence that informed strategic decisions.
