• Oversee technical onboarding of the company's software and hardware solutions for clients, managing the complete installation and integration process.
• Provide comprehensive post-implementation training and support to client-side technical teams, driving high user adoption rates.
• Investigate and resolve problem from simple troubleshooting to complex, environment-specific compatibility issues arising from diverse client OS and hardware configurations
• Escalate and collaborate with Product Development team to report issues with our product based on the feedback from clients, shaping our product to be even more user-friendly and easier to implement.
