I have been building my work experience since 2017 across various customer service and supervisory roles, accumulating over six years of experience in retail and service industries. My work spans using RF scanner guns for inventory management, handling customer transactions, and supervising teams to optimize warehouse and service operations. I have experience with Microsoft Office and data entry, and I am certified in Google Cybersecurity and Comptia Security+, which supports my transition into IT roles.
I am looking for any and all entry-level IT positions such as Tier 1 tech support or field work
