About

As a Senior Front-End Engineer and long-time tech entrepreneur, I bridge the gap between clean code and business growth. Having successfully built remote companies from the ground up, I chose to pivot back to my core passion: hands-on development within the TypeScript and React ecosystems. I bring senior autonomy, a strong product mindset, and reliable execution to international teams. What truly drives me beyond building web applications is leverage through automation. I don't just like to write code, I enjoy designing solutions to optimize workflows. Whether it's building internal bots to streamline business operations or leveraging AI workflows like the Model Context Protocol (MCP) to automate repetitive engineering tasks, I am deeply committed to driving efficiency and eliminating friction for both tech and non-tech teams. On a personal note, family is my priority. After becoming a father, I exited my last venture to reclaim flexibility and be present for my children. Driven by the desire to give them the best possible environment, we're moving from France to Canada for a new family adventure!

What I'm looking for

I want to join a product-focused company where I can have a tangible impact on an exciting mission, within a remote-first, international team. While my current core expertise lies within the React and TypeScript ecosystems, I am technology-agnostic at heart: for the right project, I am more than happy to adapt, learn new languages, and pick up the best tools for the job. I look forward to collaborating with teams that respect work-life balance and share strong human values.

Senior Front-end software engineer

Warner Bros Discovery

Feb 2021 – Present

Front-End Engineer at Warner Bros Discovery. My core focus is building robust, highly scalable front-end solutions with React and Next.js that seamlessly consume GraphQL APIs, with a strong emphasis on web performance, clean code, and CI/CD. I used AI-assisted workflows (Cursor) into daily engineering practices, and built custom AI Skills and automated pipelines. Notably, leveraging the Figma MCP to dynamically automate the generation of UI components from design tokens, cutting down manual front-end boilerplate.

O'clock

Chief operating officer

O'clock

Sep 2015 – Oct 2020

As a Cofounder of O'clock, a pioneering remote-first online web development school, I wore multiple strategic hats over a 5-year journey from ground-up creation to scale. I kicked off the adventure by designing the pedagogical program and teaching React.js, while simultaneously building the school's virtual classroom platform using Node.js and React. In parallel, I established the Quality department from scratch, recruiting a specialized customer care team and securing the state-backed Qualiopi certification. As the company grew, I transitioned into technical and operational leadership, building and training a robust engineering team as CTO, before moving into the COO role to structure the executive committee by hiring a CFO and sales managers. This intense entrepreneurial experience deeply rooted my expertise in remote team management, agile scaling, and high-performance React architectures. Following the birth of my first child, I chose to realign my professional life with my family priorities; leveraging a Series A funding round to successfully exit the company, I transitioned into freelance development to rediscover the craft I love, gaining the flexibility to be an present father while delivering high-impact technical expertise.

Wype

CEO & Web Developer

Wype

Jan 2010 – Jan 2014

Graduated from Hétic, I created Wype, a web agency in Paris during the time I was fishing my studies with three of my peers. We provided web services, notably the creation of e-commerce websites. After 5 years of adventure, the management of a coworking space, a dozen of collaborators recruited and the launch of a startup, we felt the desire to leave the Parisian tumult to resume a life of freelance according to our desires. Alongside Wype, we created a very special kind of dating site: 3 women and 3 men meeting in a restaurant. It was a great opportunity to discover a new business sector, deepen new skills and gain experience beyond web development: commercial approach, customer care, SEO/SEA/SMO, fundraising mechanisms and other nancial strategies, or street marketing operations.

Jun 2008 – Sep 2009

I joined Aiptek in 2008 to be a project manager on ezYuz, a start-up that produces user manuals videos, in order to build customer confidence and improve e-commerce user experience. Within the company, I was in charge of updating the website in collaboration with the video production team, as well as managing the team of off-shore developers who were adding features to the website. I participated in the software development myself, using HTML, CSS, PHP and JavaScript and the Joomla CMS.
