I am an Information Technology professional currently working as an Endpoint Specialist at eiNetwork since June 2024.
My work involves maintaining library endpoint devices and ensuring they work as intended. Additionally, I am responsible for managing my time to ensure work is completed in a timely manner and working collaboratively with my team, including training and working together on projects. I use tools such as VNC, Active Directory, Arctic Wolf, Group Policy, Ivanti, HPE Aruba Switches, PuTTy, and SCCM in my everyday work. I have led numerous remediation projects in my role after upgrades to ensure upgrades are applied to as many devices as possible.
