I am a Lead Quality Assurance Engineer with 17 years of overall experience, including 8 years in software development and over 8 years in Quality Assurance. Most recently, I have been leading QA efforts at Synamedia since August 2020, focusing on OTT platforms, Digital TV, Set-Top Box, Smart TV, and Web Applications.
My work spans requirement analysis, test strategy, release governance, defect management, and end-to-end validation of OTT and broadcast solutions. I have hands-on experience with tools and technologies such as Python, C, C++, Jira, Confluence, Kibana, Grafana, and ServiceNow. I have supported over 75 OTT releases across platforms including Android, iOS/tvOS, LG SmartTV, and Samsung SmartTV, and have driven improvements in test coverage and efficiency through platform-specific validation and optimized test case organization.
