Designed and delivered 20+ Power BI dashboards across retail and healthcare workstreams, replacing recurring Excel-based reporting with governed, interactive solutions. Built star-schema models, Power Query transformations, SQL datasets, and optimized DAX measures to improve report usability and performance. Partnered with business stakeholders to define KPIs, clarify reporting logic, validate outputs, and translate requirements into scalable dashboards. Implemented drill-through, bookmarks, slicers, and role-based access to support self-service analysis for different user groups.

Developed SQL queries, joins, aggregations, and stored procedures to extract and transform data for recurring operational reports. Performed source-to-report reconciliation and data-quality checks, resolving discrepancies and strengthening stakeholder confidence in reported results.

Developed an end-to-end People Analytics solution to help HR and business leaders monitor workforce trends, employee movement, attrition, recruitment, and organizational KPIs while reducing dependency on manual Excel-based reporting. Key Responsibilities: Designed and developed interactive Power BI dashboards covering Headcount, Attrition, Hiring, Employee Demographics, Tenure, Department Trends, and Workforce Movement. Built a centralized HR data model by integrating employee, organizational, recruitment, and workforce datasets from Excel/SharePoint and SQL-based data sources. Developed advanced DAX measures for Headcount, New Hires, Terminations, Attrition %, Average Tenure, YoY Headcount Growth, and department-level workforce trends. Created Power Apps interfaces to enable authorized HR users to capture and maintain employee-related information and business inputs through user-friendly forms. Developed Power Automate workflows for approval processes, notifications, data updates, and recurring HR reporting activities, reducing manual follow-ups. Used Power Query for data cleansing, transformation, standardization, and preparation of HR datasets before loading them into the Power BI semantic model. Implemented Row-Level Security (RLS) to provide appropriate data visibility to HR teams, managers, and business stakeholders. Designed drill-through and interactive analysis capabilities allowing HR leaders to analyze workforce metrics by department, location, job level, tenure, and employee category. Worked directly with stakeholders to gather requirements, define HR KPIs, validate business rules, conduct UAT, and incorporate feedback into application and reporting enhancements.
