Currently leading a team of 20 sales agents and 10 independent contractors of sales brokers, selling rentals for Boston, Chicago and Washington DC with a proven track record of exceeding sales targets As a Senior Sales Manager, I am overseeing all sales operations, strategies and team development for Chicago and Washington DC. Have been achieving ~120% of the sales quota for 6 consecutive months for both cities, while we are the only 2 teams composed of Junior Agents exclusively.
