Led a 5-member React Native team through the full development lifecycle of multiple hospitality mobile applications, coordinating daily with backend, design, and client stakeholders to deliver on schedule. Shipped and maintained 9 production hotel-guest apps live on the App Store and Google Play — including Park Plaza, The Londoner Hotel, Atlantis Dubai, PAM Hotels, Unico Hotels, Artotel, 1 Hotels, Bahamar, and Scott Avenue Associates. Architected and shipped digital check-in, guest room automation, and service management features that streamlined the guest experience end-to-end. Integrated Opera PMS, GRMS, IRD, Assa Abloy & Salto digital keys, BRAXOS lift access, and Situm indoor navigation into the core app, unifying hotel operations and guest services into a single platform. Implemented OTP-based login, CAPTCHA verification, Apple/Google Sign-In, and OneTrust consent management, alongside Phunware (push notifications & maps) and Agreefy (guest WiFi connectivity) across multiple hotel apps. Owned release management and production support across the app portfolio — managing App Store and Play Store submissions, monitoring crashes and errors via Sentry, and driving fixes to protect app stability. Hardened app security with SSL pinning, Keychain-based secure storage, encryption, code obfuscation, and jailbreak/root detection to protect guest and payment-adjacent data. Diagnosed and resolved performance bottlenecks across devices, reducing load times and improving app responsiveness. Conducted code reviews and mentored team members on React Native best practices, using ESLint to enforce coding standards. Partnered with product managers and UX designers to translate business goals and user research into shipped features.

Built and maintained cross-platform iOS and Android applications as part of a 2-member React Native team, delivering enterprise IoT applications distributed as enterprise-edition builds outside the public app stores. Owned App Store and Play Store release management, including provisioning profiles, certificates, and deployment strategy. Implemented MQTT-based real-time communication and data synchronization for IoT-connected applications. Integrated Google Maps API to deliver location-based services and geolocation features. Built responsive UI components with Tailwind CSS, speeding up front-end development cycles. Implemented Firebase-based authentication, data storage, QR code scanning, and push notifications. Applied SSL pinning, secure storage, and encryption practices to protect data in IoT-connected enterprise applications.

Developed and deployed native iOS applications using Objective-C and Swift. Integrated RESTful APIs and GraphQL for efficient data fetching and manipulation.
