Built an internal platform on Spring Boot and Next.js for event registration, visa-letter automation, and hotel bookings; features QR-code venue validation, sub-second WebSocket attendance metrics (Socket. IO), conditional-form workflows with file uploads, and Kafka-driven fan-out for multistep approvals and notifications. Designed and piloted an internal RAG assistant (GPT-40, ChromaDB, Llamalndex) over Maersk policy documents, deployed to a 5,000-employee region with 35% reduction in HR ticket volume (HR-cited) and improved self-serve resolution. Enhanced security with OAuth2, RBAC, and audit logging; automated CI/CD with GitHub Actions, Docker, and AKS for reliability.
