Project : WebTIS The WebTIS is the UK Railway Ticketing platform serving 7–10 Train Operating Companies (TOCs) and over 100,000 + active retail users across the UK. Developed a high-throughput, real-time fare calculation engine to streamline the ticket purchasing journey and enable the deployment of next generation ticketing products. Additionally, designed and implemented robust back-office systems to manage comprehensive customer account histories, automate query resolutions, and securely process financial refunds, custom discounts, and promotional configurations. Tech Stack : C#, ASP.NET Core, REST API, HTML & CSS, Javascript, JQuery, Bootstrap, MS SQL Server , Azure DevOps, Docker, GCP, CI/CD Roles and Responsibilities: • Collaborative Development: Actively contributed as a team player in developing Change Requests (CRs), both independently and in collaboration with team members, ensuring timely and high-quality deliverables. • Mentorship and Training: Trained and mentored junior team members, fostering their growth into independent contributors. Project : Maharashtra Audit Information Network System (MAINS) A centralized, web-based governance platform for the Maharashtra State Local Fund Audit (LFA) department to plan, execute, and manage end-to-end audit lifecycles across multiple government tiers, including Zilla Parishads, Municipal Corporations, Panchayat Samitis, and Nagar Parishads. Automated critical administrative pipelines by developing modules for annual and monthly audit scheduling, LFA staff allocation, and secure artifact management. Enhanced regulatory compliance and reporting efficiency by building robust workflows for real-time objection uploads, draft report generation and comprehensive auditee data tracking.
