I am a Monitoring, Evaluation & Learning (MEL) expert and data-informed public health strategist with over 9 years of experience strengthening evidence-based programming in Zimbabwe. Most recently at Zimbabwe Training, Technical Assistance and Education Center for Health (Zim-TTECH), I have led the design and operationalization of performance measurement frameworks and adaptive learning strategies to optimize health intervention impact.
My work spans designing and implementing qualitative and quantitative evaluation protocols, operational research projects, and data analysis plans. I have developed digital dashboards, indicator matrices, and data quality improvement plans using tools such as R, STATA, SPSS, Power BI, and DHIS2. I have supported HIV/AIDS epidemic control programs through ethical data use, digital health systems, and evidence-based communication strategies.
