Experience
Patient Food Services
C.S. Mott Children's Hospital
Dec 2024 – Mar 2026
● It was a fast paced hospital environment, I took food to sick children and made sure they were comfortable during their stay. I also interacted with parents and took care of the other wings such as the elderly and maternity wards.
● Took sanitary precautions by making sure my hands were clean and masks were on, kept patients' food uncontaminated on top of making sure the dishes and utensils were clean and up to standards.
● Was organizing trays based off of nutritional needs, we had our system be based off of printed receipts we got from a 24/7 on call service. Delivering food to patients within all hospitals floors down to the basement and returning all dishes once food was finished.
● Working with the chefs in the hospital to deliver food to patients while occasionally assisting them with prep work and plating.

Shift Leader/Keyholder
Jimmy Johns
Feb 2023 – Oct 2024
● Working with customers, insiders, and delivery drivers alike, I oversaw employees and made sure everything was on track as far as daily tasks/cleaning/orders go. Got promoted and started training new hires, counted drawers, did temps and management specific cleaning tasks.
● Daily order of operations was setting up the makeline, proofing and stretching dough, prep work in the mornings and dispatching orders. I was always about setting the standard with amazing delivery times and making sure we had near perfect product going out.
● Had some opening shifts for a bit, but mainly closed the store. I always made sure everything was ready for whenever the next shift was in, organizing as I went. Had a flexible schedule and was called in many times when short staffed or on game days.
