The Operations Specialist is responsible for providing comprehensive product support and managing product transactions to ensure a smooth and efficient experience for all Snapdocs users. The ideal candidate is someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, is highly self-motivated, and is dedicated to delivering exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide timely and effective product support to Snapdocs users, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
  • Assist with product transactions, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in all processes.
  • Work closely with the customer support and product teams to identify and troubleshoot user issues.

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in an operations or product support role, preferably in a tech or SaaS environment.
  • Strong ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced setting while managing multiple priorities.
  • Self-motivated with a demonstrated ability to work independently and take initiative.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain technical details clearly and effectively.
  • Proven problem-solving skills with a focus on delivering positive customer experiences.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to learn new computer system applications

This is a remote role, please take note the working hours will be 10:30 am - 7:00 pm MST.

If you are located in NY, CA, WA or MA, the salary range for this role is $23.70 - $32.07 an hour. For all other locations, the range is $18.80 - $25.43 an hour. As a new hire, your starting salary will likely be between the 25th percentile and the midpoint of the range; however, all offers are based on the successful candidate's experience and qualifications.
