OVERVIEW

Leading and creating a net-new function for Eventbrite that feeds directly into the Sales organization. A combination of strategy, operations, revenue leadership and cross-functional work that will set the direction for EB Ads into the future.

THE ROLE

Strategy and Operations (50%)

  • Develop and execute strategic initiatives to drive the long-term growth and success of our Ad Sales team.
  • Set and manage OKRs, goals, and KPIs aligned with company objectives.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize ad sales processes and procedures, and drive operational excellence.
  • Monitor ad sales metrics and analyze data to understand trends, performance, and areas for improvement.

Sales Leadership (30%)

  • Lead a team of Ad Sales Account Executives, driving sales targets and KPIs.
  • Implement coaching strategies and development plans to enhance the team's sales skills and performance.
  • Foster a competitive, yet collaborative team environment that reflects Eventbrite's values.

Channel/Partnership Management (20%)

  • Act as a key point of contact for our clients and partners, ensuring their needs are met and relationships are strengthened.
  • Oversee deal management and pipeline development to ensure sustainable growth.
  • Identify, evaluate, and cultivate new partnerships, opening avenues for additional revenue streams.

THE SKILLSET

  • Proven experience in a senior sales leadership role, preferably within the technology or event industry.
  • You have demonstrated the ability to develop and execute ad sales strategies that have made a measurable impact on business growth.
  • Proficient in sales analytics and performance metrics.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple, competing priorities simultaneously.
  • Experience in partnership or channel management is a plus.

Location: This position is remote but could include travel periodically.

PAY TRANSPARENCY

The wage range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. At Eventbrite, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range is listed below. You may also be eligible to participate in Eventbrite's incentive program(s) (such as equity, annual incentive bonus and commission plans), subject to the applicable rules and restrictions.
