The role, in a nutshell:

We are looking for a Senior Recruiter to support all roles across Chainguard. This role will be responsible for full cycle sourcing and recruitment, which will include interviewing, candidate liaison, management consultation, negotiation and offer management. You will proactively source passive and active candidates to build and maintain a quality talent pipeline for current and future workforce needs. This position will report to the Director, HR and Talent.

What you'll do:

  • Source top talent for all teams across Chainguard
  • Develop and implement innovative sourcing strategies to identify top-tier candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, networking, and direct sourcing
  • Conduct in-depth interviews, assess candidates' skills, qualifications and experience; determine values alignment with the organization
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates to ensure a positive candidate experience
  • Provide clear and timely communication throughout the recruitment process
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand the organization's staffing requirements; gaining a clear understanding of the roles to be filled.
  • Adjust easily in a dynamic environment and have a passion for the company and your craft
  • Identify areas for process improvement and contribute to the overall talent acquisition strategy
  • Collaborate with other members of the recruitment team and share knowledge and best practices
  • Maintain up to date records in our ATS (Greenhouse)
  • Champion diversity, equity, and inclusion through every aspect of the hiring journey
  • Create and drive best-in-class experiences that delight candidates and hiring team members

What we're looking for:

  • 5+ years of full life cycle recruiting experience, with at least 2 years in a high-growth start up environment
  • Demonstrated experience managing requisitions across multiple disciplines
  • Proven ability to proactively work with hiring managers to drive the recruitment process
  • Proficiency with Greenhouse, LinkedIn Recruiter, and other social recruiting platforms
  • Adaptability and the ability to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment
  • Proven ability to manage multiple, simultaneous recruitment projects effectively
  • Incredibly detail oriented
  • Excellent people and communications skills
  • Proficient with Google Workspace
  • Experience utilizing job boards and creative sourcing mechanisms to identify candidates
  • Working knowledge of common human resources practices, employment laws and/or government compliance regulations that affect recruitment
  • Possess an understanding of the SaaS industry; prior experience in a high-growth technology firm
  • Proven track record of hiring best-in-class diverse talent
  • Ability to build talent pipelines and develop long term prospect relationship strategies
  • Strong knowledge of the external talent environment, market trends, competitors, and general talent availability
  • Exceptional collaboration skills; yet confident when working autonomously
  • Strong communication skills, written and verbal; ability to present data in a clear, concise manner
Base Salary Range
$115,000-$135,000 USD
