What You Will Do

• Design, prototype, implement, and maintain scalable AI systems powered by LLMs and Foundation Models.
• Build agentic AI applications — multi-step LLM workflows with RAG, tool/function calling, and structured outputs.
• Design and run evaluation pipelines to measure and improve agent quality (LLM-as-judge, regression testing, safety/red-team evaluation).
• Collaborate with frontend, product, and other engineering teams to design API contracts and deliver end-to-end features.
• Monitor the performance, latency, cost, and SLAs of AI systems in production.
• Provide technical leadership and drive the necessary infrastructure or architectural changes.

What You Will Need

• Graduated from Computer Engineering or a similar department.
• At least 5 years of experience in software development.
• Proficient in Python.
• Knowledge of SQL for data manipulation and transformation.
• Familiarity with the machine learning life cycle.
• Hands-on experience with agent and LLM orchestration frameworks (e.g., Strands SDK, Google ADK, LangChain / LangGraph) and familiarity with LLM observability tools (e.g., Langfuse).
• Good knowledge of software development lifecycle best practices (Agile Methodologies, Coding Standards, Code Reviews, Resource Management, Development Processes, Deployment, Testing, and Operations).
• Experience with AWS or other cloud services.
• Advanced English skills.
• Kubernetes knowledge is a plus.
