We’re looking for a Property Listings Coordinator to play a crucial role in managing and optimising our presence across third-party booking platforms like Airbnb and Booking.com. You’ll ensure our listings are top-notch, drive performance improvements, and collaborate with internal teams to deliver a seamless experience for our clients and guests.
As part of the Channels team, you’ll combine your problem-solving and analytical skills with an exceptional eye for detail to manage listing quality, ensure operational excellence, and deliver measurable results.
Listing Management: Take charge of the creation, updating, and maintenance of listings across multiple booking platforms, ensuring accuracy and appeal.
Quality Assurance: Uphold the highest standards by conducting thorough reviews of all listings, ensuring consistency and excellence in every detail.
Internal Collaboration: Act as a bridge between the Channels team and other departments, facilitating smooth communication and coordination.
Data Analysis: Use tools like Excel or Google Sheets to analyse listing and revenue performance, presenting actionable insights to improve outcomes.
Problem Solving: Proactively identify issues, troubleshoot platform challenges, and implement solutions to improve efficiency.
Operational Excellence: Refine team workflows, ensure timely delivery of tasks, and contribute to quarterly objectives.
Experience: 2-3 years in operations, listing management, or within a fast-paced, tech-driven environment.
Analytical Skills: Proficiency with tools like Excel or Google Sheets, with the ability to analyse data and extract actionable insights.
Detail-Oriented: Extreme attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
Problem Solving: A resourceful and proactive approach to identifying and resolving issues.
Organisational Skills: Strong time management abilities to handle multiple tasks and projects effectively.
Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a proven ability to collaborate with diverse teams and stakeholders.
Passion: A genuine enthusiasm for delivering exceptional guest experiences and contributing to host success.
Fluent or business level English, written and spoken.

This is a contractor role.
