A horticulture and nursery operations company is seeking an ERP Application Administrator / Power User to support and optimize its current ERP environment built on SBI Grower.
This role is ideal for a hands-on ERP operator who understands how business processes translate into system workflows. The successful candidate will serve as the internal system expert and operational partner, helping maintain system reliability, improve workflows, troubleshoot integrations, and support a future migration to the platform's cloud version.
Because ERP systems in the nursery industry are highly specialized and deeply embedded in seasonal operations, this role focuses on maximizing the value of the existing system while preparing for longer-term improvements.
