About the Position
We are looking for an IT Operations Coordinator to support day-to-day technical operations with a strong focus on executive-level support, onboarding, and troubleshooting. This role requires a proactive, organized, and user-focused professional who can operate with urgency and autonomy while delivering a high-quality support experience.
This is a mid-level position with strong growth potential into a strategic IT leadership role over the next 4–5 years.
Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end technical onboarding for new hires (laptop setup, account configuration, tool access, and guidance)
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting with a strong sense of urgency, especially for executive-level users
- Act as a primary point of contact for internal IT support requests
- Diagnose and resolve technical issues, escalating when necessary
- Create and maintain clear, organized process and technical documentation
- Identify recurring issues and proactively suggest improvements to systems and workflows
- Ensure a smooth and positive user experience across all IT interactions
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in IT support, IT operations, or a similar role
- Strong experience in troubleshooting technical issues in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to support non-technical users
- Proven ability to work independently and proactively
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Nice to Have
- Experience with VPNs and remote access tools
- Familiarity with Google Workspace or similar productivity suites
- Basic knowledge of scripting or automation
- Experience supporting executive-level stakeholders
