GoMining

Cyprus, Armenia, SerbiaDevOps & SysAdmin

GoMining is looking for a proactive and reliable System Administrator to manage access rights, IT infrastructure, and employee support across the company.

This role is ideal for someone passionate about security, automation, and operational efficiency — ensuring employees have the right tools and access while maintaining a secure and well-managed IT environment.

The System Administrator will play a key role in access management, hardware and software asset administration, and day-to-day IT support across the organization.

Responsibilities

Access Management & Account Administration

  • Process access requests, approvals, and role assignments across corporate systems and services.
  • Maintain least-privilege access policies and follow security best practices.
  • Manage employee onboarding and offboarding — account creation, access provisioning, device setup, and equipment return.
  • Conduct regular access audits and review logs for anomalies or policy violations.
  • Maintain an up-to-date access registry across all systems.

Hardware & Infrastructure

  • Procure, configure, and distribute laptops, peripherals, and mobile devices.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve hardware and software issues for employees.
  • Maintain IT asset inventory — tracking, labeling, and decommissioning equipment.
  • Support and maintain office network infrastructure (Wi-Fi, switches, printers, VPN).

IT Support & Operations

  • Provide first-line IT support (helpdesk) for the team.
  • Configure and prepare workstations for new employees.
  • Resolve day-to-day IT issues promptly and document solutions.
  • Manage SaaS accounts and software licenses — provisioning, renewals, and cost tracking.

Subscription & License Management

  • Maintain and monitor corporate SaaS subscriptions and software licenses.
  • Track renewal dates and optimize licensing costs.
  • Analyze subscription usage to identify unused or duplicate licenses.
  • Communicate with vendors regarding pricing, contract terms, and renewals.

Automation & Process Improvement

  • Identify repetitive IT tasks and automate them where possible.
  • Document IT processes, runbooks, and troubleshooting guides.
  • Propose and implement improvements to IT processes and tools.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience as a System Administrator.
  • Hands-on experience with access management systems such as Google Workspace, Okta, Active Directory, or similar tools.
  • Understanding of RBAC, least-privilege principles, and access control frameworks.
  • Experience managing macOS and Windows workstations in a corporate environment.
  • Basic networking knowledge (DNS, DHCP, VPN, firewalls).
  • Strong troubleshooting skills for both hardware and software issues.
  • Well-organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • English level B1+ — ability to read technical documentation and communicate with vendors/support teams.
  • Strong communication skills — ability to explain technical topics to non-technical users.

Nice to Have

  • Experience with MDM solutions such as Jamf, Intune, or Kandji.
  • Experience with cloud IAM solutions (AWS IAM, GCP IAM, Azure AD).
  • Knowledge of automation and scripting (Bash, Python, PowerShell, Ansible, Terraform).
  • Familiarity with compliance frameworks such as ISO 27001 and SOC 2.
  • Experience working with ticketing systems (Jira, ServiceNow, Zendesk).
  • Interest or experience in Web3 and crypto platforms.

Benefits

  • Professional growth: support for courses, conferences, and English learning (up to 100% coverage).
  • Work-life fit: remote or hybrid format with flexible hours across international teams.
  • Paid leave: up to 20 vacation days + 8 company holidays + 5 personal days per year
  • Recognition programs: structured performance reviews and team awards.
  • Team culture: retreats in international locations (for example, company apartments in Cyprus).
