Finance and Operations Intern

We are seeking interns to support both financial planning and daily business activities by assisting with data entry, bank reconciliations, invoicing, budget tracking, and process documentation. You will gain hands-on experience in corporate finance and operational efficiency, performing analysis and supporting teams with administrative tasks.

Key responsibilities include:

Analyzing and interpreting P&L statements from cost centers to identify trends and variances. Diagnosing and breaking down revenue streams and expense categories to uncover key performance drivers. Monitoring KPIs and performance metrics. Supporting the development of presentations and reports that communicate financial insights and opportunities for cost optimization and operational efficiency. Collaborating with cross-functional teams, including finance, operations, and physician partners. Assisting in ad hoc projects including clinical optimization, budget and forecast variance analysis, and other financial due diligence. Completing a capstone project to be presented to executive leadership at the end of the internship.

Candidates should meet the following qualifications:

Pursuing a Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, or a related field. Strong analytical and quantitative skills; proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint is required. Familiarity with financial statements and accounting principles. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines. Self-starter with a strong work ethic and eagerness to learn in a fast-paced environment.
