Nurse Practitioner, Results Review (Remote - Contractor, 3-months)

Our award-winning whole body scan is fast (under 1 hour), safe (MRI has no ionizing radiation), and non-invasive (no contrast). Our unique integrated stack of optimized hardware, software, and increasingly AI, coupled with the patient-centric experience across our domestic and global clinics, have allowed us to lead the change against “we caught it too late again”.

Prenuvo is building a longitudinal care model, where patients have an ongoing clinical relationship rather than a single scan. Our nurse practitioners are the clinicians patients talk to after their scan.

What You’ll Do

• Conduct results review consultations by phone and video, reviewing imaging and laboratory results and explaining what they mean.
• Prepare for each consult by reviewing the patient's report, intake, history and prior scans.
• Identify care gaps and recommend next steps, including follow-up imaging, referrals and the interval to the next scan.
• Follow established protocols for actionable findings, and escalate urgent findings to Radiology and Preventive Medicine physicians through the defined escalation pathway.
• Work with care coordinators and registered nurse navigators on follow-up and referral loop closure.
• Document every encounter to clinical standard in HealthCloud, including a care plan the patient can access.
• Work the consult blocks you commit to, and give advance notice of schedule changes.
• Participate in quality reviews and complete required onboarding and protocol training.
• Maintain active licensure and credentialing in assigned states.

What You’ll Bring

• Active, unrestricted Nurse Practitioner license (minimum of 10 licenses) and national board certification (FNP, AGNP or ANP), with the ability to obtain licensure in additional states as required; compact state nursing license required.
• Two or more years of clinical practice as a Nurse Practitioner, preferably in primary care, internal medicine, preventive medicine or a related field.
• Demonstrated ability to explain complex clinical findings clearly and without alarming patients.
• Comfortable delivering care by phone and video.
• Strong documentation practice and comfort working in an electronic health record.
• Strong commitment to patient privacy and the handling of protected health information.
• Experience with imaging interpretation in a clinical context preferred.
• Experience in preventive or longevity medicine preferred.
• Experience working remotely in a clinical role preferred.

What We Offer

An avenue to make a positive impact on people's lives and their health. The hourly compensation range is $60 to $65 USD depending upon experience.
