Role Overview

The Senior Clinical Enablement Lead will be responsible for shaping and contributing to the end-to-end strategy for clinical adoption, workflow integration, and sustained utilization of Eko’s products across large provider groups and health systems. This person will design and deliver high-impact clinical enablement programs, ensure measurable customer outcomes, and create scalable processes that serve as the foundation for Eko’s long-term clinical success.

The Clinical Enablement Lead will partner closely with Product, Enterprise Marketing, Sales, Medical Affairs, and Data Science to ensure that customer experience, training, and workflow performance meaningfully inform product direction, deployment strategy, and overall business value. This role plays a critical part in demonstrating the real-world clinical impact of SENSORA by ensuring that clinicians adopt the technology effectively, workflows are optimized, and performance data is captured, analyzed, and utilized.

Essential Functions

  • Strategy, Program Design & Cross-Functional Influence: Implement and support the comprehensive clinical enablement strategy for SENSORA and future clinical products, ensuring customers achieve measurable improvements in workflow, quality of care, and early disease detection. Translate clinical, operational, and business needs into scalable enablement frameworks, training modules, and implementation playbooks used across health system environments.
  • Clinical Training & Implementation Leadership: Provide clinical enablement services during all stages of SENSORA go-to-market, from pre-implementation planning through long-term optimization. Lead development of training materials, curriculum design, workflow guides, competency checklists, and scalable content tailored to varied clinical roles.
  • Data Collection, Insights, and Performance Reporting: Lead EHR-based utilization data collection efforts: partner with customers to build discrete EHR fields, support extraction of pre-implementation baseline data, and guide ongoing 30/60/90-day data reviews.
  • Operational Excellence & Internal Infrastructure: Ensure full compliance with standard operating procedures (SOPs); design new tools, documents, and systems that increase team efficiency and program repeatability.
